No this is still bothersome... He gets the same error some hex 8x000
whatever...

He is the only one, he is connecting via a cable ISP, he is using IE, he
can send other large attachments via the same connection using HIS home
email web based service.

And of course he SWEARS he didn't do anything, didn't modify anything
and does NOT have a pop-up blocker.

This has been going on a LONG time.

I think I am going to tell him to install FIREFOX and see if that works.
