Do you know if the emails are being sent by exchange? Are they going out the IMS service (Use the message tracing center, or if you have a exchange email forwarding to an smtp gateway, check the logs at the smtp gateway. On the Exchange side, it's set to 'enable user initiated' , 'enable up-to-date notifications via SMTP and text' and 'enable direct push via HTTP(s). Are there other steps I'm missing?
