OK I'm definitely missing it here Ed. When I think of the rights... I'm going into the Exch Mgr tool and so on to click into the Security Tab on the Public Folder Properties. I've set myself with full control, resulting in all check boxes for rights checked. The I also clicked on advanced to check too see that Inheritable was checked -ok
