The only thing I can say is make sure you have either a copy or good
backup of the db before AND after you run the defrag.

The priv.edb has hit the 16GB limit, so I'm Exmerging some large
mailboxes and then I'll do an offline defrag (ESEUTIL /D). The client's
server is an EX2K STD, SP3. 
If everybody's logged off their mailboxes, are there any gotchas I
should look out for?
