I use the Office 2003 Resource Kit to create a MST file that I then
apply to the Office 2003 MSI. One of things you can configure is
Outlook. However, this option only works if you are deploying Outlook
via GPO.

Subject: Automatic configuration of Outlook in Exchange Enviroment

Hi All,
I have been told there is a way to configure Outlook as a client of
Exchange and have it automatically map the mailbox using the persons
username.
Apparently this is some file that Outlook references, but I am not sure
what this process is called, so I am having trouble finding any
information on the web.

If someone could please point me in a direction for what this might be
called, or how its done, It would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
