Too bad you're not a developer, for with your wisdom you could have alerted
Microsoft to this limitation back when it was designed into Exchange 4.0
back 11 to 12 years ago.

A user could have an almost unlimited amount of e-mail, but limited to about
twenty or so rules to manage it.

But pardon me, if that sound sooooooooo short sighted on M$ part.

Can I turn off the Exchange Storage part of the rule saving and go with
local storage of rules?  Because a rule that does not save gets disabled in
Outlook.
