After you dismiss the window, the rules is disabled and does not run. One other item to note, These users have a local pst that everything gets delivered to. You can show users, you can teach users, but you can't make users do what you want. And on top on that, it's the person who does my review and sets my raises and sets my bonus. I have set a bad example of doing too many miracles with the e-mail system so far. And in their mind, this problem does not look like a big one.
