Look at the permissions tab on each of the folders that the user can't see and make sure they're in their. If it's not one of the generic folders I think permissions have to be applied on a folder by folder basis.

I've removed the generic mailbox from her client, restarted Outlook and re-added it, didn't work. I've created a new profile, that didn't work. If I create a new outlook profile for just that generic mailbox, she can open it fine and see all folders. I've even tried starting outlook /resetfolders but to no avail. There are other users with the same rights as her and they can access all folders in the mailbox. Any ideas?
