Do the messages never arrive? Do they show up if the user sends a message (points to RPC). Is there a rule in Outlook that would move the messages to another folder? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Tim Gowen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Exchange Discussions" <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, January 17, 2006 5:33 AM Subject: Messages not arriving in Inbox
What are possible reasons for messages not arriving in people's Inbox? These are via SMTP, and message tracking has them going to the user. No filters are applied and the messages don't appear in Outlook 2003 or OWA - so filters aren't getting in the way. This is Exchange 2003 SP2.
