I was speaking to Commvault today, only a quick chat with a new account
manager.  He was saying that the mailbox agent still lets you do incremental
backups rather than having to do a full store backup, and a full mailbox
backup each night.

I'm going to read the literature, at the moment the Exchange 2003 docs take
priority, but it certainly does look/sound a lot smarter than any bricks
level stuff that I've heard of.
