We use it too - gotta say, it's the dogs danglies, although we do not
use bricked - Still no need if you are using retention.

We are seriously considering using their mail archive solution too.

Only down side to comvault is licensing - you need one just to pass wind
in the general location of the server - I'm sure that they would try to
insist on needing an extra license for each person that might glance at
the console screen if they could get away with it.....

Still - if you want a good solution, you gotta be prepared to pay for
it.

Conversation: Anyone using Commvault Galaxy?
Subject: Anyone using Commvault Galaxy?

Up until now I've relied on NT Backup to dump an online store backup to
disk, that gets streamed to tape.

We use Commvault Galaxy and I'm just looking at some of the sales blurb
on
their Exchange 2003 agent.

I was always led to believe that bricks level mailbox backups are a
waste of
time if you follow the "Ed Crowley Never Restore" method.

Anyone already using it who can offer an opinion?

Thanks,
Paul
