What does that mean? ** Run EseUtil and IsInteg, to check for corruption and repair the database. Then defrag it while I'm at it. This is a permissions issue, pure and simple. ** I wish it was that simple. Permissions have not changed, but access has. If it was permissions, which ? There's nothing to be gained by touching the .edb files. ** If not to fix this problem, for Maintenance reasons ??? I will cover all the basics before using an incident with MS. We have three domain admins, we all have parallel ACL setup. I work with the Exchange server daily, but the other two admins not that often. One is my manager. I can access any mailbox from my Outlook with my login. My manager tried to open a mailbox and got "Unable to display the folder. The Inbox folder could not be found." And the other admin is having this problem as well. My Manager is claiming this has stopped a while ago, but did not tell me. Trouble Shooting so far: 1. Deleted .nk2 of Outlook client. This did fixed a problem with access to a mailbox with added rights. 2. The client was not in 'cache mode'. Neither am I. 3. I create a profile on my manager's computer, same error. He refuses to login on my computer. I am trying to prove that I did nothing to the server to have caused this problem. And if you can think of a way to test, ports, Files, permissions, whatever, let me know. 4. MS Office 2003 has been updated. 5. Manager has refused to load Framework 2 of .Net and some other MS Updates as well. But I have. 6. I can add the Manager to a Mailbox and he can access it. Remove the rights and he can not. This Sunday, I plan to clean the edb.
