We use Double Take and it's worked great. It's passed our DR audits in demonstrations and we've failed over once. This was in the 5.5 world. I'm just finishing up configuring our 2003 world and it seems like it'll work just as well, though I haven't tested it yet. We're also going to a third party off site solution from MessageOne called EMS so that we have all of our bases covered. I've also tested it with SQL and our DBA was impressed. We also use log shipping for SQL just incase.
