I have an outlook client (rpc over http) 
 
it will not shutdown the process, I  created a new profile, 
 
no luck,  now there are 2 other POP profiles that work perfectly, 
 
its the exchange profile that's crapping out, I uninstalled Symantec just in
case , removed the 3rd party addins, not sure where else to check
