Try setting trouble people up with outlook in cached-mode and see if that helps. With regards to the yahoo, I'd check your IMF settings ... Do you have any problem sending to yahoo? No problems, sending to Yahoo and now people are thinking it might be mainly when a Yahoo account replies to an email sent from us. I thought everyone was setup in cached-mode, but will have to double-check problem children.
