Never had to think about this before... Is the message "read" flag in Exchange just a simple on/off setting, or is there more info stored, such as when (time/date) a message was read? How would one go about looking up this info from an administrative standpoint? I might have to prepare a report for a client as part of discovery for a case they're involved in.
