This is most likely a OAB problem. Cached mode uses the Offline Address Book which is generated on a scheduled timeframe, so what you are seeing is a fairly normal issue with cached mode, but is really an OAB issue.

Exchange and AD 2003 Native Mode All, We are having an issue when we add a user to AD the user doesn't show up within the same day in our GAL. We've narrowed this down to only users who we've setup their laptops with cache mode enabled. Is this by design? Or am I missing something when setting up cached enabled users? TIA, John B. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
