Hello Gents, running Exchange 2003/OL2003. How would we create a custom welcome email that went out to a user when they logged in the first time with their new machine? You know....like the one you always see from Microsoft when you setup Outlook for the first time. What I kind of want to do is have the email say: how to use their new machine, the do's and don'ts of Outlook, possibly-- other company policies. Thanks In Advance. Aristotle
