The script I wrote to create accounts on our system automatically sends out
an email like this after the account is created.  I'm not aware of any way
to do this in Exchange natively.

If you have a similar script to create accounts, I suggest you do it that
way.  If you're creating your accounts by hand, it's probably easier just to
send them an email afterwards.  Save it as a RTF somewhere and just
copy/paste it into the email.
