The folder referred to is "1-BC7CCF" which I assumed was a table in
priv1.edb.  

I've had no reports of any problems in Outlook.

 If it were me, I'd try to fix it from Outlook first.  I'd log in as the
folder owner, export the contents to PST, delete the folder, and
recreate it.
You didn't mention how this folder appears from Outlook.  Do you get any
problems there? from one machine, or from several?  From only one user
or from any?
