I hope some real experts can pin it down for you, but here's what lil'ole me
would thrash around with:
turn to Tracking and see exactly what happened to those failed replies
send a message to postmaster<at>failedreplyaddress to see if gets through
use the dnsstuff.com test email on the failed reply addresses
see whether the original message was to a mailing list. Sending or replying
to a mailing list often results in some bounces
make sure the users aren't tampering with the reply address
spam and content filters sometimes lget confused and lie about why they're
bouncing a message. That would account for why sometimes it works and
sometimes not. All you can do in that case is hope that eventually the
admins over there will catch on.

I need some help with this please. I have been report from some of my users
say that when they do a reply to an email it get returned with SMTP; 550
5.1.1 User unknown and some time the reply work fine. Where should I start
trouble shooting this. I never had this problem before until a couple of
