When the consultant called Symantec, he was told they were being spoofed. Our gateway has been overwhelmed lately, with 3000 or messages in the slow queue. The messages from the gateway have random subjects such as: Toss a series of the Commdor, old? The uh assumed established
In the body it would look like: The message cannot be delivered to the following address. --- [EMAIL PROTECTED] Permanent error involving remote host. 550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused We have our gateway to delete rejected messages, but these messages come through. The beginning of the week, the gateway service would not start and Symantec said we had to re-install which we did.
