Why would you want it to send warnings to users? Seriously. When was the last time a virus was actually a real valid file? Also you don't want it to send anything back to the sender since they are usually spoofed. I have mine set to log virus's, if unable to repair, log. Then drop the message. In other words, if it detects a virus, don't do anything with it. Just dump it. Then it only sends an alert to the IT virus mailbox.
