-1018s are bad, usually caused by faulty and failing hardware. You should quickly commence moving mailboxes out of the databases on the failing drive.

I cant find any indication of hardware faults from the server. I have read through some knowledgebase articles and other things on the web from forums, but was wondering if anyone could offer some advice on their experiences with similar issues and what the implications of this error are. We are looking to move to Exchange 2003 now, just waiting for the media to arrive and then begin the long migration process. Any help would be appreciated.
