I've never heard of any. I've never heard of any effect that your domain's operational mode has on Exchange at all.
The only issue I'm aware of for your domain is the requirement that groups used for security in public folders or mailboxes must be universal groups, which requires a native mode domain. Those problems come up regardless of the operational mode of Exchange, and you would experience problems with that regardless.
