Damn if I know, but that's what our Blackberry support guy swears keeps happening. I'm doing the DST patches this weekend; we'll see if the Blackberry folks start complaining afterward. Personally, I don't carry one, and I try to keep myself away from the BES stuff as much as possible. I just know the tech who supports it swears it breaks every time I patch the Exchange servers (and yes, we're doing the patches on the BES server at the same time).

The BES server requires the BES account to have Send As permissions on every Blackberry user account, and every time you apply a Microsoft update, it seems to break that.
