As a tip or two  (based on vuage recollections of a ms mail to exchange
migration last century..)
Double check any recurring/non-recurring appointment types that they
migrate ok (tiems look ok etc.) 
Also it may be that owners of appointments may get "lost" in the
migration and people may not be able to update appointments they used to
own.
