All day events have a specific start and end time they aren't just
entered into Outlook as "All day on the 25th). So when the time is
shifted the event now spans two days and thus appears that way on a
calendar. The same thing happens if you have an all day event in Outlook
for tomorrow and then change the time zone on your machine to another
one... the event will appear to span two days.
