Thanks for the reply, I tried only found out that I have not populate the information into AD. My bad. However, it is not as comprehensive as the address book (contact) where I can have information like office address. My upper management would like to see the details and have those details stored in the device just in case there is no wireless connection.

I knew there is a Online Lookup for both BlackBerry and WM5.0. In our office,we all use that feature. That, however, only useful when you are performing specific task like emailing. Our corporate policay wanted to have the standard contacts (from GAL) to be available to the mobile users. This is useful when you want to view detail information such as job title, company info etc. typically a full contact list would provide.
