Ghosts one: secretary sends out appointment email. A recipient declines
and other secretaries get the decline notices.

Ghost two: Secretary sends out appointment and receives "Your message
did not reach some or all of the intended recipients" from employee who
has been gone for months!

I know someone has a rule or delegate with the departed employees name
in it, or something like that. But we can't find that ghost! Is there a
method to find and bury him for good?
