The instructions are a little off in the looking for the property bit.
Once you are in the root of your inbox, you will see the rules for the
user in the associated msges in field window, select the "Schedule+..."
message, and delete that one per the instructions.

When the original secretary was deleted, Exchange/AD is not smart enough
to identify every point in the organization where that account existed
and purge it, so you get this legacy that haunts you....just in time for
Halloween!

Ghosts one: secretary sends out appointment email. A recipient declines
and other secretaries get the decline notices.

Ghost two: Secretary sends out appointment and receives "Your message
did not reach some or all of the intended recipients" from employee who
has been gone for months!

I know someone has a rule or delegate with the departed employees name
in it, or something like that. But we can't find that ghost! Is there a
method to find and bury him for good?
