RPC over HTTPS was mentioned in the first question...

For dumpster to work with RPC over HTTPS you need to enable it first...

That is correct. Recover deleted items is an inherent function of
outlook the added feature of recovering hard deletes from all folders is
a reg. hack. The option to recover may have been grayed out and
therefore not noticed due to the lack of mail to be recovered from that
folder.

'Recover Deleted Items' did not even appear in the menu until the reg

was run.   So I guess the distinction you're making is that the ability
