Hello, Running Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 clients. We have setup a public folder to receive some special emails from outside. The dept manager can view them, sort them, reply to each one no problems. What he is asking to do is be able to say , right click on the folder and be able to send one email to all recipients in that public folder (there could be 20 or 30 different ones.) The alternative is to setup a personal distribution list and manually add each member. This would work but it would take way too much time.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated Thanks In Advance.
