Hmmmm, unless I am reading it wrong, that does not work with public folders, moreover it queries ldap for internal users. All the emails in question are from the Internet so none of the users would be internal.

What he is asking to do is be able to say , right click on the folder and be able to send one email to all recipients in that public folder (there could be 20 or 30 different ones.) The alternative is to setup a personal distribution list and manually add each member. This would work but it would take way too much time.
