And MOSS, and Word, Excel, OneNote, etc.

A few other noteworthy points:

1.  If you care about availability, supportability from Microsoft requires a 
hardware load balancer.
2.  If you have any compliance requirements - you'll need 3rd party tools to 
integrate with OCS's archive API

OCS (and LCS before it) are great products, and Office Communicator is an 
awesome client.
