Do the appointments show correctly if you look at the server (i.e. - turn off cached mode, use OWA, or use a Smartphone if available) instead of the OST for the 2 users in question? Tim

I have a user who updated an appointment, and 2 of the 4 people that received the update did not have the original appointment removed from the calendar. Has anybody else ran into this?
