If the user has too many items in their inbox, calendar functions may
fail, I have seen. That is, an email appointment may not carry through
to the calendar.

That would be a great test, unfortunately the users already deleted the
old
data.  Maybe I'll just have to wait until it happens again and see if
this
is an .OST problem.

It's odd though that 2 of the four people did not have the original
appointment removed.  Seems less likely that two people both had an .OST
problem, but of course not impossible.

Also knowing Cached or Not Cached would be extremely helpful. Every time
I
have seen this type of thing occur, it has had to do with a corrupt (or
un-updated) OST file while the server info was correct, but the users
couldn't see it.

Email from this list seems to have dropped by 90% (for me anyway), and
one I
sent yesterday never made it.  Interesting.

I have a user who updated an appointment, and 2 of the 4 people that
received the update did not have the original appointment removed from
the
calendar.  Has anybody else ran into this?

They do all have Blackberry's, so I don't know if that is a factor or
not.
