Hi Evan, If your client is hard hit by spam, you can try trend micro reputation service hosted or standard. they both provide good spam prevention for Exchange.
u can also try spamhaus.org for free. if you are being blacklisted most likely is due to open relay, proxy relay or client's internal network is infected with malware. sometimes if the client is part of the dynamic/residential IP pool it has high chance of being blacklisted too .
