Are your users roaming wirelessly? If so, you might see the 9646 error, and your users may have difficulty using outlook. To correct it, you can modify a registry key per the following KB.

The NDR that the sender receives is as follows: There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Mailbox not available The only error that we can find in the event log is as follows: Event Type: Error Event Source: MSExchangeIS Event Category: General Event ID: 9646 Date: 4/24/2008 Time: 11:02:17 AM User: N/A Computer: SERVER04 Description: Mapi session "b936e9c1-08a5-4ca1-8233-cba87cbaa5e7" exceeded the maximum of 32 objects of type "session".
