Subject: All hotmail e-mail refused

It seems that no matter how I set my spam filtration, all hotmail is
blocked. I certainly don't want to whitelist hotmail.com. I know of at
least one other administrator who just tells his users to tell people
trying to e-mail them to drop hotmail and get another e-mail account. Is
that a route any others take?
