I have recently been asked to provide a solution to prevent email forwarding, copying, printing. Windows Rights Management has been brought up, however, the effort to implement such a solution is greater than we want to involve ourselves in. I know that you can create a form within outlook without the forwarding function, but this is not very reliable and is easy to get around.
Has anyone tried a solution that works to prevent this type of thing utilizing Exchange 2003/outlook 2003,2007? If so, could you please suggest a few products that you've used and if you've had success with them? Thanks in advance.
