Stay away from GFI and any product exclusively based on RBL/SBL Spamhaus crap.
We just got Ironport. Its $$ but it's the only one we found that works. They kill 99% of the spam before it reaches you based on 'sender reputation'. The remaining 1% gets processed by the box. Handles 5 Million emails per day with under 10% cpu utilization . User manages their own white/black list.
