We are migrating to a version of Microsoft's cloud services for e-mail. Along with this, we will be enrolling everyone into a Proofpoint system for e-discovery purposes. This Proofpoint needs a PST of the user's mailbox. I was going to simply do this through the Shell, but I just read that doing it this way could take longer than doing it through Outlook. Is that correct?
