It is not at the Exchange 2010 SP2 level - but it is MUCH improved over Exchange 2013 RTM and is better than Exchange 2010 RTM. So... go for it. Although I am inclined (this is a personal opinion, with no specific knowledge of what is coming in CU2) to wait for CU2. CU1 was what RTM should have been. CU2 should be much better.
