You could make Contacts with their personal email addresses then have the internal mailbox rules forward messages to the contacts. Other than that I don't' think so. Might want to (after creating the rules) hide the contacts from the address book, or at least name them something that won't draw a lot of "Hey I want to put my BFF in the address book too!" /been there:)
From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Binner, Lori A Sent: Wednesday, June 19, 2013 11:52 AM To: '[email protected]' Subject: [Exchange] Question about auto-forward Hello- I understand why the "Allow automatic forward" and "Allow Automatic Replies" (under our Default>Message Format) are disabled by default for my Exchange 2010 SP1 system and we currently do not allow (email loops/security). Currently, under the General tab, we have "Allow external out-of-office messages only" for our system. I now have an IT engineer who would like to have an internal mailbox here that receives some pager system alerts have the ability to auto-forward externally these emails as they come in to a couple of their own personal external email addresses for notification purposes. Is there a way to allow only this one or select mailboxes to auto-forward, but not allow auto-forwarding for the remainder of the mailboxes here? Thank you.
