No, it didn't.  I did do a New-Moverequest through EMS, and it now does show as 
Moving in EMC, and in progress in EMS.  However, a Get-moverequeststatistics 
shows the box at 0%, after about 10-15 minutes.  The mailbox is around 800MB in 
size, but that seems strange to me, as well, that it's taking so long.

I have a user that the icon for his mailbox in EMC shows that he is in the 
middle of a move request, but he doesn't show up in the report for 
Get-moverequest.   I don't have an option, either, when right-clicking his 
mailbox in EMC, to start a move request.

Any ideas?
