I found other boxes with the same icon, but those ended up being ones that had successfully moved, and I hadn't cleared the requests yet.
The manual move I ran through EMS failed, with an error saying: Couldn't switch the mailbox into Sync Source mode. I removed that request and the icon changed back to normal in EMC, but I do need to move this mailbox, so I'm Googling now for that error. I did do a New-Moverequest through EMS, and it now does show as Moving in EMC, and in progress in EMS. However, a Get-moverequeststatistics shows the box at 0%, after about 10-15 minutes. The mailbox is around 800MB in size, but that seems strange to me, as well, that it's taking so long.
