Check the users cached credentials within the control panel / credential manager. Clear this out, and then try again.

User does shut down computer each night. User reports that after entering credentials (the new password works) in the pop up screen, this works for the rest of the day, but the cycle starts again the next day. I am wondering if there is some "cache" on user box somewhere that is causing this? Hoping for some input to get me on the right track, as no other users have reported this issue to date. Thanks for your help. Dana
