I have seen this happen if their Outlook is trying to open another user's
folder.
Not by adding the 2nd user to their profile, but rather because they used
"File>open other user's folder" in the past.
If they had done this in the past, Outlook attempts to display the 2nd user's
calendar when you click on "calendar".
I would check to see if Outlook is listing any other users' calendars. If so,
right click and delete those calendars from the view.
Worked for me.

Subject: [Exchange] OUTLOOK 2010 client frequently prompts for password in pop
up screen.

Greetings,
Struggling with this a bit as this appears isolated to a specific user on
campus.
EXCHANGE 2010 SP2 UR3
WIN7 SP1

OUTLOOK client settings ( these are default OUTLOOK campus rollout settings for
a long time with no major issues)
Cached Mode
OUTLOOK CLIENT - Security Logon Network Security = Negotiate Authentication
Seconds Until Server Connection Timeout = 30

User reports this problem happened after required password change.
User does shut down computer each night.
User reports that after entering credentials (the new password works) in the
pop up screen, this works for the rest of the day, but the cycle starts again
the next day.

I am wondering if there is some "cache" on user box somewhere that is causing
this?

Hoping for some input to get me on the right track, as no other users have
reported this issue to date.

Thanks for your help.

Dana
