Greetings, I realized my post may not have been clear. What I am looking for is easy to use documentation to provide to Helpdesk and the users to enable the user to do this delegation themselves through their outlook client interface.
This has not been a common request here until recently. Sorry for any confusion and please let me know with any questions. Thanks for your help. Dana From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of xyz Sent: Tuesday, July 30, 2013 7:33 PM To: <[email protected]> Subject: [Exchange] Directors want their personal assistants to have full access to their calendar Greetings, Exchange 2010 SP2 RU3 (Most are EXCHANGE 2010 client, but FYI we have also started to roll OFFICE 2013 with EXCHANGE 2013 client). Helpdesk has had several recent requests from directors to delegate full calendar access to their personal assistants. (there must have been a recent director meeting or something). Helpdesk has not been able to resolve so I have to deal with this. The reported issues vary, so rather than troubleshoot each ticket, I am wondering if any of anyone can share a link or whatever to any documentation you have that has worked/best practice, etc., to delegate full calendar access in EXCHANGE 2010. Thanks for any help. Dana
